Monthly clients don't need to choose: everything stays included for as long as the plan runs. If you paid upfront, your site is leased in exactly the same way: you just paid for the year in advance, at a lower price. Choose one of these when your first year ends.

How billing works, step by step.
You always know what the next payment is for and when it will be taken. After launch, monthly payments are taken automatically by card on the 1st, through Stripe.
The rules
- Your first invoice covers your first month (or your upfront fee), plus any one-off extras such as extra pages or a blog.
- It is split into two 50% invoices. Work starts once the first is paid, and the second is due before your site goes live.
- Your first month covers the rest of the month you launch in, plus the whole of the next month.
- From then on, your card is charged automatically through Stripe on the 1st of each month, for that month.
- If a payment fails, Stripe tries again and emails you reminders until it goes through. If it is still unpaid 30 days after the 1st, your site is switched off until it is paid.

After that it is £99 a month, taken on the 1st. If the 1 November payment fails, Stripe retries it and sends reminders. If it is still unpaid on 1 December, the site is switched off until it is paid. All prices exclude VAT.

No. Every price on this site excludes VAT, which is added at the standard rate on each invoice.
They are the same plan: a leased website with a 12-month minimum. Monthly spreads the cost at £99 a month (+VAT), then rolls on. Upfront pays for your first year in one go at a lower price: £999 (+VAT) covers the build and your first year of hosting, edits and support. From year 2 you choose an ongoing plan, and either way you can buy your site outright for £499 (+VAT) after the first year.
Essentials suits most small businesses: a home page plus four more, such as services, prices, about and contact. Growth gives you up to 15 pages, which helps if you offer lots of services, treatments or areas. A blog can be added to either plan for £299 one-off (+VAT).
Only if you ask for something new. Extra pages are £99 and extra sections £49, one-off (+VAT). Features and add-ons are quoted before any work starts, so there are no surprise bills.
Yes. After 12 months a monthly plan rolls on, and you can cancel any time before the 1st of the month, when your next payment is taken. An upfront plan renews yearly, so you cancel before your renewal date. On either, you can buy the design outright for £499 (+VAT).
